Small Business Strategy and Success Certificate Two certificate courses offered this fall Kristina Bowman has traveled extensively conducting organizational consulting for manufacturing and service organizations. She will be facillitating a course which will introduce operations management. Focus will be placed on utilizing effective operations management to improve quality while still decreasing costs. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional who works with financially distressed companies across the country. He also currently owns several small businesses. He will be facillitating Financing: Managing by the Numbers. Although not an accounting course, practical application of the data provided by the financial statements will be examined. Important topics to be discussed will be cash flow, ratio analysis, projections and how they relate to business operations.
